Well I can’t say I’m new to blogging hell I consider my self a veteran. But I never tried tumblr. I have heard of it many times before from my colleagues but never mustered up the time to do just that. All I got to say I’m impressed !!!

This is the second year I’m participating in this and I’m proud to say that it’s great to be part of some thing that brings people together so discuss a topic is different ways and forms.
Every day in NYC I see poverty in action. Streets not filled but show the many who walk around for a couple cents just for some food. Trains with the many some even handicapped begging for a dollar. It makes me think… What made these people walk the path of poverty. Was it because of drugs or the fact they have hit hard times.
Many of the people I have encountered who have been stricken with poverty has stolen shopping carts and look through garbage cans for cans and bottles to redeem them for 5 cents a piece. I have talked to many of them and they tell me a story of hardship, many a story had a family related theme behind it. Some would be cause they just do this to get a couple of bucks to get another buzz for the drugs they purchase.
It’s great that the United States help other countries in need. But you need to help your self before you can help others.

Yep I have had this blog running for more than a year. For me thats one hell of an accomplishment. Before I used to host my blog on free host sites or even on wordpress.com but then I just decided to scrounge up what ever cash I had and put it towards hosting my blog. Soon I will be changing my dot com to 1and1 hosting because they have more features when it comes to domains than godaddy but I will still be hosting my site on godaddy’s servers.
I have trying to involve my self in my hobbies much more, which it turn leaves me with not that much free time for my self or my friends. Deciding to pursue my hobbies in a professional manner really takes a lot of dedication. I know my field will always be in computers and I will get my PhD, BUT I always wanted to learn more thats why I got into photography, video “Directing,Editing,Producing”, music “DJ”, automotive and construction. For me in retrospect I consider those things a hobby but I take them to the next level.

Yep, like the title says the way I structured my portfolio of mine is not really working for me. It’s not like I have a major problem with it it’s just that I think I can make it simpler. I’ll just use simple viewer and generate the galleries within word press.
